Do you honestly feel loved by him? If you don't, he doesn't love you, not matter what he says. If you do, that's as close as you can get. There are no guarantees. Besides, being sure would be a bore and would just make you lazy.
Love = work. Keep working every day because success today doesn't guarantee success tomorrow.

It's never about the things he buys or the words that come out of his mouth. It's his behavior.
Does he call you for no reason other than to just hear your voice? Does he do little things for you (not involving money) that he knows will make you smile?
There are lots of other examples, but basically, if he makes you feel safe, loved, and beautiful, he's a keeper.
