Bush's Africa "Successes"

CNN Radio News noted the incidence of AIDS in Africa has tripled during Bush’s time as president.

The Bush administration’s reluctance to support programs that subsidize distribution of free condoms, favoring instead programs urging abstinence except within marriage, is surely part of the reason for the sharp increase in AIDS cases.
