Away for the weekend
I'm away for the weekend. I should be able to post Questions and Answers by Monday. Until then, have a great weekend.

Hi um.. ok so this boy says that he likes me and he thinks im sexy but he says he's not ready for a relationship because he doesn't want to be committed to one girl right now. People keep saying wait for him to come to me but im tired of waiting. And my friend caught him making out with a girl in a fast food place and he said thats the reason he doesn't want a relationship. But the other day my friend said she was going to ask this boy out and he said thats what he wants a girl to do not wait around for the boy to ask them out and i was with him when he said that. So should i just become like his best friend( yes we are friends and we do hang) with out benefits or with? And what do you think i should do?

Anyway, I think I know what Victor will say about this: he's not ready for a relationship with you.
He likes you, but not enough to be with you in a serious way.
If that's what Vic thinks he'll tell you himself so I won't speak for him anymore. I'll just give you my opinion.
I don't know how old he is. Usually the age plays significant part in the matter. If he's under 20 or so... don't expect him to be ready for anything, although if he fell in love with somebody, he'd be ready.

Just be his friend and don't give him any sign of your feelings 'cause I'm pretty sure this guy doesn't see you that way and persuing him would be a waste of time.
You can also give him the time to get to know you better (doesn't include making out or anything)and give yourself the time to know him too. Everything depends on what you're looking for. He's ready for a fling, are you?
As I said, keep living your life and don't pay much attention to him. Meet new people, new guys... maybe in a month you won't even like him anymore. Who knows...

Guys, who can be trained like puppies, also have the dog-like ability to smell a needy girl from a mile away.

You're into "the one" and he's into "the many". Not a good match. Besides, his statement that he wants the girl to ask is nothing more than another way of boosting his ego. It's just a game.
Stay purely friends. This way you have a better chance with him in the future. Once the "benefits" enter the picture, you're unlikely to ever be serious girlfriend material in his eyes.
