What do I do when a guy asks me out and I say yes but then he breaks up with me a few hours later?

He's a 13 year old boy, what do you expect?
Just because he asked you out and you said yes, doesn't mean you are boyfriend and girlfriend. They are just words.
So actually, he didn't break up with you, he just lost interest.
Maybe he just wanted to know if you liked him?
