Oxymoron: Funny Conservatives
VictorM: FoxNews tried comedy with a show called The 1/2 Hour News Hour. Yeah, I know, it has as much chance of success as Rush Limbaugh has of winning the Oscar. Even this right-winger couldn't contain his disdain, saying the show "is SO not funny... Mr. Ailes, I beg you...KILL THIS SHOW". But then, he goes on to say they should have picked other hosts because "There are so many brilliant, funny conservatives." Really? Like who? Seriously, I can't think of any "brilliant funny conservative". Let's face it, if it doesn't include dead baby jokes or bodies floating in New Orleans, they ain't laughing!

As a South Park conservative I found the comedy show clips on YouTube hilarious. But it is not as funny as the stuff on ourcountry.com though.
I didn't watch the show but saw one clip -- it wasn't funny at all. But tell me, who is a brilliant conservative comedian?
Jonathan,
Word to the wise: Trey Parker and Matt Stone aren't conservative. They're not liberals either. But maybe your view of the meaning of South Park has skewed your understanding so much that you thought the silly FoxNews "comedy" show was funny.
