If he did, he wouldn't be your EX-boyfriend.

He's your ex. Why do you care?

If he loves you, he'll tell you.

If he doesn't, then you're either hoping he will, but he doesn't, or he does love you, but doesn't want to be with you.

There's NO way to find this out apart from him telling you himself.
