Pregnant With My Boyfriend?

Sequoyah, 28, asks...
I already have a little girl, age 5, and I want to have one more baby!! My boyfriend and I had sex the day before and the day of my ovulation. Is there a chance that I could be pregnant? Also, it has been seven days since my ovulation and I took a blood test at work, which was negative. Did I do it too soon or does that mean I am not pregnant? I do have a little abdominal pain and My breast have been tender. Is that also too soon to tell if I am pregnant or not. Just so you know, My cycles are normal. I am very anxious to find out if I am pregnant so is there some way to know if I am pregnant so soon or not? Thanks so much, Sequoyah.

Stacy Says...
Why on earth would you want to have a baby with your BOYFRIEND?!?!? Not husband, not even fiance? Why oh why with your boyfriend?

Besides the obvious answer of YES you can be pregnant (Unprotected sex=chance of being pregnant)...ask this question when you are MARRIED!!!!!

Comments:
Try giving your child and (maybe) baby a shot at a stable, loving family before you go creating a baby for selfish reasons...

A lack of marriage doesn't mean a lack of stable family.

I stand firm. Get married, THEN think about children. Now, if you marry the WRONG person, the concept of stability is not always present.

I don't hink marriage has anything to do with how a child is raised. My dad is divorced and has been with the same woman for a couple years. They never plan on marrying but if they were to have a child, I know that child would be raised as well as the rest of us children were. I say that we should stick to advice here, not anyone trying to push moral views onto a person. Good luck Sequoyah.

People don't always marry the right person either.

If they did, the divorce rate would be so high.

But I do agree with one thing, having a baby for selfish reasons is just idiodic.

What's with all this "creating a baby for selfish reasons" nonesense? Do married couples not ceate babies for the EXACT same reason?? Yes, they do. They have a baby because THEY want a baby. End of story.
