Umm...besides the obvious answer (there are so many) of DENTIST, I would have to say, maybe a hammer? massive amounts of currant flavored vodka? maybe fill your mouth with a bowl full of *Captain's Crunch* and see if that will distract you?

There are certain times where your joking could be funny, but this isn't one of them. I think Jessica was confused... she thought you might be able to help seeing as though this is an advice blog, not a sarcasm and wit blog.
Maybe a hop and a skip across the infamous line...I'll edit my response...don't know what I was thinking, but really...a toothache at 24 years old???
