Learn financial responsibilities

Hip-hop artists on tour to help teenagers learn financial responsibilities:

Federal Reserve data show that U.S. teens do not know the fundamentals of financial literacy. Gerrod Parchman, of Chrysler Financial, said Americans between the ages of 18 and 24 have the highest rate of bankruptcy.
