They're Calling Me a Slut

I have a friend that I had a one night stand with and all the girls are calling me the Dalby slut. I also had sex with his best friend and they all say that he has Aids. What should I do?

Honestly, you do sound like a slut.

Why do you think so little of yourself that you have to spread 'em open for all of these guys? What about the friend's friend? Would you do him? What about my friend's best friend? Would you do him? If you don't like your nickname, how about:

STOP HAVING SEX WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE!!

As for the guy with Aids. Scary shit huh? If that doesn't convince you to stop being so whore-y, I don't know what will. You need to go get tested. You MUST go get tested. These people may be just messing with you, but you need to know for sure. You may have even contracted some other STD (sexually transmitted disease). SO GO GET TESTED. You need to protect yourself and anyone else you may choose to let into your SACRED jade garden.

I think you're being too harsh on the poor kid, anyways i believe there's too many double standards in this world. why is it ok for a dude to go around shagging whomever he may so wish or whoever will let him, but for a gal ........, I think you're being judgmental and I assumed you might have just adviced, not admonsihed her. But then again, she asked you, and so you gave her your opinion so i guess .......

There is absolutely a double standard regarding sex and guys and girls. I totally agree. However, this wasn't a guy asking me the question, worried about his friends calling him a man-whore. It was a girl.

We all have to be able to face the ugly truths of our mistakes in order to move on and evolve. I simply provided her a mirror.

I also reminded her that she holds the power. She was acting slutty and got the nickname. She has the power to STOP sleeping around and she will begin to create a new persona for herself. If you look closely, it was actually a positive message.

Also, she should probably get new friends.
