It's completely possible. All children are born with that extra sense. Some lose it after their toddler years and regain it later, after puberty, but some never lose it (depends on influence from family and society). My 6 year old nephew has "seen" several ghosts and even knows their ages and names. The quotes are because he's blind. Believe what you want... but I don't think that they're boobs because of saying it.
